Questions reps ask.
- Why not Salesforce or HubSpot?
- Those are platforms someone has to configure and maintain. IronVail is a tool: sign up, import your book, and start working it the same afternoon.
- Do you have tiers or add-ons?
- No. One plan, every feature, billed per seat. We're not going to make you upgrade to do your job.
- Will my data be safe?
- Every workspace is isolated at the database level with row-level security. Your data is never mixed with another customer's, and the database itself enforces that on every query.
- Can my team use it?
- Yes. Roles, email invites, deal ownership and per-rep reporting are all in.
- Does it do email?
- Campaigns and multi-step sequences are built in, right next to your records. Connect a Microsoft 365 mailbox and you send from your real address; when someone answers, their sequence pauses. Gmail and calendar sync are on the way.
- Is there a mobile app?
- Not yet. The web app works well on a phone, and the morning digest emails you the day's queue before you've opened anything.
- Do you have a built-in dialer?
- No. IronVail is built for email-outbound reps. If power-dialing is the center of your motion, a calling-first tool will fit you better, and your data exports any time if you switch.
- Is there annual billing or a volume discount?
- Monthly only, for now. The $12 founding price already locks in for life, which beats most annual discounts without asking you for a year up front.
- Will the price go up?
- Not for you. Whatever price you subscribe at is yours for life. New signups from 2027 pay $25 per user/month, so the $12 door closes with 2026.
- Can I bring my data from my current CRM?
- Yes. Upload the CSVs Salesforce or HubSpot exported (accounts, contacts, opportunities, notes) and the importer maps the columns and stages, links everything together, and lets you undo the whole import with one click. Re-running the same files never creates duplicates.
- What if I want to leave?
- One click. Export any list as CSV, or the whole workspace as a zip with every record's IDs and relationships intact, re-importable here or anywhere else.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- Nothing is deleted. The workspace locks until an owner subscribes, and everything is exactly where you left it.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Billing is monthly per seat through Stripe with no contracts. Cancel from Settings → Billing and you keep access through the period you've paid for.
- Is my email data private?
- Connecting your mailbox grants only the scopes needed to send your outreach and detect replies to it. We can't read the rest of your inbox. Tokens are encrypted at rest, and disconnecting removes access immediately.
